How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines depend on the type of product ordered.

  • Typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. 
  • International Orders: Dispatched within 2-5 working days. If an order includes multiple items with different timelines, we will ship everything together.
  • We only work with reliable shipping partner like Bluedart and DTDC to ensure all order reach safely and on-time. 

Note:

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, so weekends are not counted in the shipping timeline.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
  • If the package appears tampered with, do not accept it. We are not liable for such cases.

Can you arrange express delivery just in case?

Yes, we offer express delivery at extra cost just in case you need urgent delivery.

  • However it has to informed prior/before dispatch to ensure the timely dispatch with right courier partner. 
  • Express delivery will be charged extra and cost will depend on destination and weight of the shipment which can be paid via link.
  • Only prepaid order are eligible for express delivery. 

Can I request a reverse pickup for returns?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible returns within India only.

  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹79 applies to all exchange/return requests
  • To request return/exchange head over to Return/Exchange portal
  • If your location does not support reverse pickup, you may need to ship the item back at your own cost and risk.
  • International returns must be arranged by the customer.

Where can I find my tracking details?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information. If you don’t see it in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

  • Shipping charges depend on your location and order size and will be calculated at checkout.
  • We ensure fair pricing for international shipping.
  • Customs & Import Duties: If applicable, these charges will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Which courier services do you use for international orders?

We work with a logistics aggregator that assigns the most suitable courier based on your location. Common carriers include DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and UPS.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! Our packaging is designed to be environmentally friendly, and we use recyclable plastic bags.
