Refund policy

We want you to have a seamless shopping experience with us. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges will be processed only after the return pickup. If your selected item is unavailable, our team will help you find a suitable alternative.
  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹79 applies to all exchange request
  • Reverse shipments take 5-7 working days to reach back to us
  • Exchange orders might take  up-to 15-20 Days to deliver once picked up from your address
  • Refunds are only issued as Store Credit/Discount Coupon, once the returned item is received and approved.
  • Store Credit/Discount Coupon have limited 1 Year Validity and can be used for future purchases.
  • Final sale items, themed hampers, last pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The product must be unused, with tags and barcode stickers intact.
  • Each order qualifies for a one-time return or exchange. Orders made with Store Credit/Discount Coupon are final and non-returnable/exchangeable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The brand reserves the right to make the final decision on any return or exchange request.
  • Products bought from third-party platforms cannot be returned or exchanged through our store or website.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • For damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid images/videos.
  • Color variations and slight misprints are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.
  • In case of a genuine defect, we will offer a replacement, Store Credit/Discount Coupon

Return & Exchange Process

  1. You can raise your request at Exchange/Return Portal
  2. DM us on Instagram or Email us on care@situofficial.com
  3. Upload images (if applicable) and write the reason for return.
  4. Our team will arrange a return pickup (for domestic orders only).
  5. A reverse shipment fee of ₹79 applies to all exchange request
  6. A flat ₹79 processing fee applies to refunds.
  7. Ensure the product is unused, with original tags intact.
  8. Once received, Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
  • If cancelled after dispatch, ₹79 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

  • Returns are accepted, but customers must cover return shipping and customs fees.
  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • If returning via a friend/family member traveling to India, no additional shipping fees will be required.

Refunds

  • Refunds take 20-25 working days after the return is received and inspected.
  • All Refunds are processed as Store Credit.
  • A flat ₹79 processing fee applies to refunds.
  • COD refunds will be processed as store credit/gift card only
